Steve Cruz Perez was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and raised by family members in El Paso, Texas.

Throughout his life he had always lived a negative life in and out of trouble.  In 2005, he received Christ in his heart and from there on struggled to be faithful in and out until he hit rock bottom.  Since that day forward God has put it in his heart to be a fisherman of men.  Ever since then, he has grown a great passion to speak the Word of God to the homeless, lost, and less unfortunate out in the streets of El Paso.  He discovered that his passion is to serve the Lord at Church as a greeter, volunteer, and sponsor. Also, along with A.G.A.P.E. Ministries out in the streets.  Glory to God that he is alive today serving the Lord and being able to continue to do his work.
